DESCRIPTION:Join the the Climate Ambassadors Network for an evening of networking and sustainability training for Hollywood professionals. \nAbout this event\n\n\n\nAre you stressed out by the climate crisis? Do you wish you had time to do more\, but don’t know where to start? Do you imagine you could be a leader in your workplace and create community if you had the confidence\, skills and resources? \nThen\, join YEA! Impact for a training brought to you by the Climate Ambassadors Network (CAN)\, where we’re developing a network of industry professionals committed to changing the culture around climate change in Hollywood’s workplaces. But\, how do you become a Climate Ambassador and what does the required FREE training entail? \nHosted by expert facilitators from Young Entertainment Activists with professional experience in impact\, sustainability\, tv writing\, etc.\, they will be hosting the first in-person CAN training at this year’s Hollywood Climate Summit. You will learn: \n\nBasic terms and understanding of the climate crisis\nHow Hollywood is integrated into the problem\, but also holds the power to be part of the solution\nClimate leadership training\, because YOU also hold the power to lead the solution!\nHow to take the skills you already have as an assistant\, CE\, manager\, etc. and apply them to daily tasks in your office to make it a better environment and better FOR the environment\nFun games\, activities\, and networking with like minded industry folx\nLight refreshments\n\nInterested?
